Frequently asked questions

What exactly is a 'conversation'?
A WhatsApp conversation is counted every time you send a template message to a user. The conversation lasts 24 hours: all subsequent messages within this window have no extra cost. If more than 24 hours pass, the next template you send opens a new conversation at €0.058.
When are messages completely free?
When a user sends you a message first, a free 24-hour service window opens. During this period you can reply with any text, image or document at no cost. This rule is defined by the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Why is there a €15/month minimum?
The minimum covers infrastructure services (API, webhooks, sandbox, support) that we provide regardless of message volume. If your monthly consumption exceeds €15, you simply pay the actual usage.
How does billing work?
Billing is monthly. At month end, the total number of template conversations initiated (×€0.058) is calculated. If the total is below €15, the minimum is applied. There are no automatic charges: we send you an invoice payable via your enabled payment methods.
Can I test without paying?
Yes. The sandbox environment is completely free: it simulates sending and receiving WhatsApp messages without real connection to a number and without billing conversations. You can integrate and test all logic before going live.
